The countdown has started at Fox Run, as its latest addition, Hudson Park, will be unveiled in just a few weeks.

Homes have been selling quickly since the announcement of the new building—so far, 8 of the 18 floor plan styles are sold out.

A few styles still available at Hudson Park include the Brighton, a one-bedroom model with a walk-in closet and modern kitchen; and the Lincoln, a two-bedroom, two-bath model.

In addition, Hudson Park has seven brand-new floor plans, most featuring two bedrooms and two baths in order to keep up with market demand for larger units. Two styles are already sold out, and most have only one or two remaining homes. The remaining styles include the following:

■ Dartmouth: a large one-bedroom home

■ Hawthorne: a large two-bedroom, two bath home

■ Lansing: a two-bedroom, two-bath home with den and recessed balcony

■ Patterson: a two-bedroom, two-bath home with a sunroom

■ Williamsburg: a two-bedroom, two-bath home with  a den, sunroom, and bay window.
