Unique summer camp blends character-building with fun
On one of my first days of work at NorthBay Summer Camp, I stopped to watch the sailing skill class. Suddenly, the instructors told the kids to tip their sailboats, to which they happily complied.
I soon realized the instructors were actually teaching the kids how to "right the ship," which basically is a corrective measure to get the sailboat right side up again.
