 Caffeine Affects Women’s Bone Density

Women age 60 or older who drink almost three cups of coffee daily may be increasing their risk of bone thinning. That was the conclusion of a study conducted on women ages 60 to 70 at Creighton University for over three years. The recommendation? Cut down on your caffeine intake and make sure you are consuming at least 1,200 milligrams of calcium daily.
