Should there by tighter driving regulations for older drivers?  If so, what?  How should they be enforced?  Do you think it would be a form of age discrimination?

As an "older" (74) driver, I opposed blanket tighter regulations for older drivers. My reaction times are still excellent, I am lucid and pay attention, don't use a cell phone while driving, nor do I listen to an ipod or similar device. I believe that all drivers should be treated in the same fashion (and perhaps that means that regulations for all drivers should be tightened somewhat). I see an awful lot of "young" dingbats driving and not paying attention to the road.
