What do you think about this story?  Is 20 minutes enough time to get a decent workout?  Have you ever been to a circuit gym?

I think if you just walk and take the stairs everyday you will be in good health. I see too many lazy seniors around me. I have been taking the stairs whenever possible and like to park my car a little bit farther from my destination wherever, It's everyday bits to stay healthy. I have been right at an average weight for my height/age for the past 15 years since I started this and feel as healthy as could be!
