Now that there haven't been any new reports of e.coli since last month, is everyone back to eating spinach? Or are you still staying away from it?

I try to eat spinich again because I know it is good for me. But I have to admit that I am nervous and have not enjoyed the little I have tried to eat since the outbreak. I also must admit that I overcooked it in an attempt to kill anything that might be there. Would overcooking kill the E. Coli?
