Hawaii here I come! Maybe I will learn to ride a surfboard too. I saw a story in you print edition Erickson Tribune about a lady that who was just learning to ride a surfboard at 70 years old.

I think the sun and the water are key ingredients to living a long healthy life. Hawaii also has very healthy food. If you stay active, eat well and enjoy the sun I'm sure you will live longer than someone who locks themselves inside in front of a stinky old television set. Get outside and enjoy your retirement- Hawaii makes this easy i guess but it shows you how these things can help.
