Do you have a living trust?  Do you think it is important to have a living trust?  Why or why not?

I'm thinking about getting one. It seems to me the key issue is whether you have enough assets to justify the expense of one and the trouble of funding it. There are advantages and disadvantages, but it seems to me the advantages outweigh the disadvantages for most people at about the $1,000,000 in assets point. I found a great site that covers this area in an objective way -- its www.free-living-trust-information.com
