Has anyone ever been to Sicily?  What did you think of the article?  Did you have any different experiences when you visited?

Been there several times. My Father and Mother immigrated from Lentini, 40 miles North of Siracusa. The terrain and area similar to your description also occurs in the USA in the Avacado growing area noth of San Diego, Ca.
