Mr. R. Daub...You owe us an apology....You mislead  your readers, but probably not intentionally so.  Your headline, HIGHWAYS FOR SALE -  is followed by this....."the City of Chicago accepted...to LEASE (caps mine) the road for 99 years."  Ahh - since when is a lease a sale??? 

 A HUGE difference, eh?  99 years into the future...the government (you and me) STILL ownes the road.  So, The Chicago Skyway was NEVER SOLD...'twas leased and ultimately we will be the sorrier for it..LEA$EE$ are not the stakeholders...and it is the stakeholders who care.
