The Denver Business Journal has ranked Wind Crest number 3 in its list of Best Places to Work in Denver. The top five winners in each category were honored at an awards breakfast November 20 at the Marriott City Center in Denver. Wind Crest made the top ten in the Journal’s "large company" category.

Wind Crest Director of Sales and Marketing Jason Atwell says that the recognition is a testament not only to employee satisfaction but also to the dedication and character that Wind Crest employees possess.

"People who come to work here aren’t just here for a paycheck; they’re here because they want to serve our residents and be a part of their lives," he says. "Newer residents regularly comment about how refreshing it is to have employees look them in the eye and greet them with a genuine smile and a warm hello."

Being named one of the Best Places to Work in Denver is a great distinction and a reflection of the culture that Wind Crest has established, says Executive Director Craig Erickson. "Joining Fortune magazine’s Top 100 Best Companies to Work For this year has really helped us attract top talent to the company nationally, so I expect this award will offer similar benefits locally," he says.
