Priority List members have a competitive advantage

THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE
There are people who enjoy exclusive invitations to activities like luncheons, roundtable discussions, and yearly gala events. And, they have an “inside track” to the first Erickson community to come to Denver.
They are members of the Wind Crest Priority List. And while special events are just the icing on the cake for this group, it is their “priority position” that is of greatest value.
This means you get the first choice of any apartment home that becomes available. And when you consider Wind Crest is already 90% reserved, it can literally mean the difference between living at Wind Crest, or another less appealing alternative. The date they join the Priority List is their “priority date.” From that point forward, they will always have priority over the people who join the list after them.
Some of the members may not plan to move to Wind Crest for several years, but when they do decide to move, they will be at the “head of the line” to get the apartment they want. That is very important because Wind Crest is on track to sell out completely with many apartment designs expected to see multiple year wait times.
Avoiding the rush
With designs like the versatile Oxford, it’s no mystery why Wind Crest’s two bedroom homes are selling fast. The large living room is just as suited for hosting a family party as it is for spending a quiet afternoon curled up with your latest book club pick. And generous picture windows ensure that you have plenty of light for both. “It has a lot of wall space and a bay window where the glass goes all the way down to the floor. We just love it,” says Kathryn Lord, who lives in the popular model at another Erickson Community. Lord was able to get the popular Oxford model by joining the Priority List early and avoiding the rush. Her spot in line was preserved and she was able to get the home she wanted.
