Consider a winter without troubles that come with ice and snow. Consider a morning free of shoveling and salting your front steps or clearing the driveway. Experience a winter free from hassles like installing storm windows, cleaning out fireplaces, insulating pipes, or checking for drafts. Imagine a cold snap without rising energy costs.

Wind Crest: Winter’s Remedy

Your remedy for winter worries is right in Highlands Ranch. A premier Erickson community, Wind Crest grants community members peace of mind during the winter months.

At Wind Crest, the climate is always temperate and the outlook sunny. At this liberating community a full-service staff does the worrying for you. The conscientious maintenance team shovels the walks, plows the roads, and salts while you watch from climate-controlled walkways or your living room window. They worry about drafts, clearing gutters, and being concerned with the effects of winter weather on your apartment home.

Keep Your Dinner Date

On a chilly winter evening, there’s nothing more enjoyable than a steaming, hearty meal with company you like. At Wind Crest, just walk to the Town Center Clubhouse through heated, weather-proof walkways. Arriving at the Fireside restaurant, you’ll dine on delicious fare prepared by talented chefs. You won’t spend hours at the stove or worry about running out during rush hour for a forgotten ingredient. Amiable servers will provide everything you need and offer scrumptious desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth.

After dinner you’ll be free to join friends for a movie or a game of cards because you won’t spend a moment in the kitchen washing dishes or pots and pans.
