THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE
From having less square footage to clean to living in a new home with walk-in closets and state-of-the-art appliances, living at Tanglewood Creek will have its advantages. And with 15 floor plans to choose from, there’s a design for everyone.
Future residents of Sparrow’s View, the first residence building at Tanglewood Creek, will be able to choose from apartments consisting of 700 to nearly 2,000 square feet, says Director of Sales and Marketing Jason Longwell. Part of the fun, he says, is deciding which one is the best fit.
“Beyond having units with one or two bedrooms, we have plans featuring things like patios, balconies, dens, eat-in kitchens, oversized living areas, and even bay windows,” says Longwell.
Designing outside the box
Something people won’t see in Tanglewood Creek’s floor plans is a cookie-cutter design pattern.
“Our layouts vary greatly between one design and the next, allowing people to choose something that fits their personal tastes,” Longwell says.
Having the freedom to pick a layout that suited her individual needs meant the world to Kay Nickolls, who moved to a community by Erickson on which Tanglewood Creek will be modeled.
Nickolls was looking for a design that would accommodate two of her most prized possessions. Fortunately, the living room configuration in her new home is just right. “I have plenty of room now for both my organ and my piano as well as for entertaining,” she says. “Just last night, I invited four new friends up from dinner for an impromptu piano concert.”
It’s all about choice
For other people, like Mary Thompson, the important thing was having the opportunity to make new acquaintances.
“Before, I lived in a patio home. It was nice, but there was no place I could go to be around other people,” she says. “Sometimes days would go by without seeing anyone. Here I can enjoy other people’s company over supper or visit with other residents out on my patio.”
