THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE

Reservations of apartment homes at Tallgrass Creek are under way. The community is on schedule to open later this year. But who do you call to keep your move on schedule? Who can give you the resources you need and help you with all of those logistics? The answer is Kelly Sharp.

Someone to help
Tallgrass Creek recently announced that Kelly Sharp was named Move-in Coordinator for the new community coming to Overland Park.

“It’s my job to do everything I can to help make your move to Tallgrass Creek a smooth one,” Sharp said in a recent interview. “And I love it. I love the excitement of helping people move and leading them through the experience. Whether you need it or not, it’s always nice to know that someone’s there to help.”

‘Resources galore’
From helping people find moving services, organizers, or someone to help with window treatments, she is more than happy to help out. A turn-key of sorts, Sharp will lead people moving to Tallgrass Creek to the best resources for the problems they need solved. “I have resources galore that I can use to help you get started in the moving process or just finish it up. If you have a concern with moving, I can probably solve it.”

Additionally, Sharp will aid in the amenities selection process. From choosing between granite or laminate countertops to the finish of the cabinets, Sharp will do her best to help you match your own personal style. “Making sure that those who move in to Tallgrass Creek find their style is of the utmost importance.” she said. “This is their home that we are talking about.”

Plenty to draw from
“This is the job that I am completely suited for,” she said. Sharp can pull from a variety of experiences. She has previously worked as a licensed real-estate buyers broker and also has considerable experience with newhome construction. She is the mother of three and earned a Masters Degree in social work from The University of Missouri, Kansas City.

“I couldn’t think of anyone with better experience, attention to detail or personality to handle this demanding job,” Jane McIntire, retirement counselor at Tallgrass Creek said. “Kelly is a great addition to the team. She really wants to make sure that everyone has what they need so they can get moved in and start enjoying the Tallgrass Creek lifestyle as soon as possible.”
