This community will have apartment homes designed to meet resident expectations. After gathering research and feedback for 24 years, Erickson mastered these designs for Tallgrass Creek.

Wagner says, “You will have more space in an Erickson apartment home because we have spent 24 years refining our designs.” Considering feedback from residents and sales staff to meet the changing needs of this population led to a complete redesign of community residence buildings.
