The announcement last month that Sedgebrook is expected to sell out in early 2008 has led to a flurry of activity in the sales office, according to Paul  Spence, director of sales and marketing.

Beverly Rathje has been collecting photos and mementos in scrapbooks since she was a child. She now has close to 30 volumes documenting her life and her family’s history—from photos of her parents, wedding in 1920 to recent  snapshots of her many nieces and nephews.
