Small World...and a Well-Traveled Name!

Posted on Saturday, July 01, 2006

During a recent trip to Italy, Seabrook’s Jack Cunningham—pictured here in Rome’s ancient Coliseum—tells us he wore his Erickson baseball cap everywhere he went.

One day, says Jack, “I was getting off a boat in Sorrento and a woman pointed to my cap and asked ‘Which community’? I said ‘Seabrook,’ and she asked me if I knew her mother, whom I certainly do!”

That’s not Jack’s only “small world” story. At a restaurant in Venice, the people at the next table turned out to be former neighbors of two other Seabrook residents!
