Riderwood’s Backstage Pass

Question:
I recently attended an informational luncheon at Riderwood and heard that the community has a Custom Interiors department. What exactly does that mean, and how would it be of use to me as a future Riderwood resident?

Answer:
Riderwood’s Custom Interiors staff helps community members make unique choices for their new apartment homes. These choices include the addition of distinguished crown molding, custom-designed closet shelving, built-in bookcases, specialty window treatments, and many more designer upgrades.

However, you can choose whether or not to use Custom Interiors. When you  move to Riderwood, you can be certain that your new home will be in 100% move-in condition. The walls will be freshly painted, and the carpets will be brand new. Everything will be in perfect working order. In fact, the majority of Riderwood newcomers move into their apartment homes exactly as they are.

For those who choose custom options, the stress of coordinating vendors, scheduling work, and ensuring quality is left entirely to the Riderwood Custom Interiors team. They handle all the various contracts and oversee the timing and quality of work. If there is ever a problem, Riderwood staff works directly with the vendors to make sure it is corrected and that you are not inconvenienced.
