THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE
There are many reasons why people—just like you— continue to choose the Riderwood lifestyle. Yet again and again, the same three reasons continue to rise to the top—unbeatable amenities in four resort-style clubhouses, an on-site Medical Center offering all the benefits of Erickson HealthSM, and the 100% Refundable Entrance Deposit.
Yet, whatever reason tops your list—time is running out to enjoy these and all the benefits of the Riderwood lifestyle. In fact, it is anticipated that only weeks remain until Riderwood is completely sold out.
Your Next Step
As you read this article, there are still a handful of apartment homes available at Riderwood. That is all about to change. Since the last edition of The Erickson Tribune, 21 people have reserved a new home at Riderwood.
If you’ve ever considered a future at Riderwood now is the time to schedule a personal, pressure-free appointment. This one phone call could be the difference between waiting weeks to waiting years for the apartment home—and the acclaimed lifestyle—you deserve at Riderwood.
You Can’t Afford to Wait
Moving to Riderwood last year, Trudy Downs is glad she didn’t wait to take full advantage of the Riderwood lifestyle. “I knew I wanted to live in a metropolitan area with the security of a full continuing care community. I decided I wanted to have fun immediately,” says Trudy, who retired last May at age 64 from Merck & Co, Inc. in New Jersey.
“I knew that delaying this important decision could delay new opportunities. Moving to Riderwood gives me the freedom to do the things I did not have time to do while working,” she adds.
In fact, within a month of moving to Riderwood Trudy started computer tutoring and now teaches three sections of computer classes through the Prince George’s Community College program at Riderwood.
