  • 82 people have reserved their new Riderwood apartment home. What does this mean for you? It means that there are now 41 fewer apartment homes to chose from than there were just last month.
  • 68 people have made their $1,000 fully Refundable Entrance Deposit and one-time $150 processing fee. What does this mean for you? Placing your deposit at Riderwood means you’re serious! If each of these 68 people reserve their new apartment in the next 30 days—there will only be 3 apartment homes still available when you receive next month’s Erickson Tribune.
  • 242 people have made appointments to discuss their future at Riderwood. What does this mean for you? It means that in the last month alone 24 percent more people are preparing for a future at Riderwood than the month before.

Don’t lose the opportunity to enjoy a smarter way to retire. Call 301-495-5700 or 1-800-920-8836 today to find out how you can claim one of Riderwood’s final remaining apartment homes.

It means—don’t wait. With over fifteen years of experience, Retirement Counselor Sally Sager has witnessed first-hand what happens when an Erickson community sells out.

“One minute there are plenty of apartment homes to choose from and within weeks, they are all gone. If you have even considered a Riderwood future now is the time to make one simple phone call. It could be the difference between getting the retirement of your dreams versus missing this opportunity and waiting years for the apartment home you desire—an apartment home that may still be available today.”

Retirement Counselor Elena Price agrees. “For many people, the reasons for making the move to Riderwood will be the same in two years as they are right now. The only difference is that now there are more floor plans to choose from, no lengthy waiting lists, and most importantly—more time to get involved in Riderwood’s numerous activities and social opportunities.”

You Can’t Afford to Wait

Moving to Riderwood with her husband in late 2003, Phyllis Balog offers these sage words of advice: “For anyone considering moving to Riderwood, I tell them—make your deposit yesterday! The sooner, the better.”

Even making a big move from Jacksonville, Fl., didn’t stand in Marie Grisham’sway. “When it comes to moving to Riderwood, just do it! I can’t imagine anyone who wouldn’t fit in here. There’s so much to do and so many people to meet. It’s a great place to live.”

Change Your Life

Now it’s your turn to join Phyllis and Marie and begin enjoying a beautiful new apartment home and an almost limitless menu of amenities and services. However, an opportunity like this doesn’t come around very often. There are still beautiful, maintenance-free apartment homes available at Riderwood—but there won’t be for long.
