THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE
As a result of higher than anticipated demand in 2007, Erickson officials report that Monarch Landing in Naperville is quickly running out of space.
The most coveted apartment home styles are filling up fast, and Monarch Landing has no current plans to add another residence building in the foreseeable future (the community recently opened Maple Crossing, its third residence building).
For people who have been thinking about taking the next step for retirement, the time to act is now, says Monarch Landing Retirement Counselor Cathy Gray.
“We receive an average of 20 new Priority List deposits per month,” Gray says. “At that rate, with no additional homes being added at this time, we are on pace to sell out by early next year.”
No new construction planned
Jim Kelly, Erickson’s vice president of sales, says he tells people across the country who are interested in the Erickson retirement lifestyle not to delay any longer. He says people who wait to take the next step are often disappointed when they learn there is no space left at their local Erickson community.
“We may at some point add additional apartment homes, but that certainly won’t be for a long time,.” Kelly says. “I’m telling any of the fence-sitters out there—now is the time to act.”
Make an appointment today
Kelly says the best thing people can do right now to preserve their retirement living options is to make an appointment with a retirement counselor to learn more about what Monarch Landing has to offer.
“Monarch Landing’s retirement counselor will explain the pricing and answer any questions you might have,” Kelly says. “Plus, because our people are not paid on commission, there is never any pressure on you to buy. We are simply here to educate.”
Monarch Landing’s retirement counselor can be reached at 630-548-0400 or toll-free 1-800-721-0102.
