Nearly 400 Chicagoland residents who never dreamed they would leave their houses are counting down the days to Monarch Landing’s Grand Opening in Naperville.
They are all looking forward to one thing—a more vibrant lifestyle with a wealth of amenities and services, but without the stress and expense of maintaining a house.
High Demand, Low Supply
As the Grand Opening approaches, more and more people call to ask about available apartment homes. Several designs have already sold out, while 5 others are expected to sell out by opening. Waiting could cost you your first-choice floor plan.
Just ask Elaine from Roselle. She’s thankful she reserved her apartment home when she did. The design Elaine selected is now sold out. Henny of Glen Ellyn shares a similar story. “I’m a procrastinator,” Henny admits. “I thought, I want to move but I can’t this year. But I know if I wait until next year or the year after, it’s not going to be any easier for me. My house is too big and I don’t want the responsibilities anymore.”
Henny’s glad she didn’t wait. The floor plan she selected is now sold out!
‘I’m Saving Thousands of Dollars!’
According to Elaine, waiting could cost you more than your first choice floor plan.
When you reserve at Monarch Landing now, you will take advantage of pre-opening prices. These are the lowest prices you will see at Monarch Landing. Unfortunately, they won’t be around forever.
“The savings that are involved in getting in on these pre-opening prices are just phenomenal,” says Elaine. “I am saving thousands of dollars!”
In addition, everyone who moves to Monarch Landing this year will receive a membership to the on-site Fitness Center—free for life! Plus, time is running out to claim your free reserved space in the indoor parking deck.
