THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE
The countdown has begun! In just three months, Monarch Landing celebrates its Grand Opening.
Already, the Naperville community is on pace to sell out before it opens.
While this is great news for the nearly 200 people who have already chosen Monarch Landing, it could spell trouble for those who wait too long to reserve.
The Excitement Is Building
As Monarch Landing approaches its Grand Opening this summer, excitement has been building among those who have already reserved their spot.
“I can hardly wait,” says Mary from St. Charles. After looking at several other communities, Mary and her husband decided that Monarch Landing was the better value.
“The 100% Refundable Entrance Deposit really clinched it for us,” says Mary.
“We get a guaranteed 100 percent refund for our children or for us if we ever decide to move, though I can’t imagine we would ever do that.”
Apartment Designs Becoming Scarce
Henny
from Glen Ellyn is glad she didn’t wait to select her new apartment home.
“I’m a procrastinator,” Henny admits, “but there are so many incentives to reserve now. The reserved parking spot in the indoor garage is free for life, and so is the Fitness Center. I figure I’ll save about $40 a month now. I want in on that!”
Now, the apartment design Henny chose is nearly sold out.
Monarch Landing Retirement Counselor Constance Barber worries that people who do procrastinate will miss out on their first-choice apartment home design.
“A lot of people think they can wait until after our Grand Opening to reserve and still get their first-choice design. I wish that were true, but at the rate we’ve been taking reservations, your favorite design may be gone by the time we open.”
