As the founder of Moving Solutions, she helped revolutionize how people change homes. From organizing to “rightsizing” and packing, she’s made the process easy for thousands of older Americans. Her ideas have inspired other similar companies and helped set the standard for a new industry.

“This isn’t just getting rid of things you don’t use any more,” Novack explains. “We try to give advice and sometimes even closure to our customers. We come in to every situation and listen. Then we work with the customer to try to identify things, the belongings that are right for you, right now. So often after working with customers, they say our packing was good, but our organizers were great.”
