THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE
When Maris Grove opens this October, people will quickly begin to enjoy something they’ve all been looking forward to—nature.
Like all Erickson communities, Maris Grove will we known for its outdoor amenities as well as indoor.
“When we say maintenance- free living, that includes all 87-acres of lush forests, walking trails, the orchard, lake, and more,” says Julieann Brant, one of Maris Grove’s retirement counselors. “Even though people have been told about Erickson’s reputation for beautiful landscapes, I think they’ll be even more surprised and pleased when they see their community for the first time.”
Upon entering the gated community in historic Delaware County, Pa., you will wind through Maris Grove Way, a picturesque road flanked with dozens of flowers and trees, as you reach the multi-milliondollar Brinton Clubhouse. In addition to the perfectly aged existing trees spread throughout the community, dozens of new trees have been planted to mark the community’s highly anticipated opening.
Says Randy Kuser, director of development for Maris Grove: “Pioneers scheduled to move in this fall will be blown away by this community. We’re delivering on the promise.”
Courtyard of Floral Delights
The centerpiece of Maris Grove’s new community will be the Brinton Courtyard. Those moving into Maris Grove will enjoy enchanting views and easy access to the courtyard, which will quickly become a convenient meeting place for social activities.
The all-season Aquatics Center extends out to the courtyard, allowing Pioneers to enjoy barbecues and cocktails by the pool anytime. A little farther down from the pool is the putting green, a gorgeous fountain, benches, walkways, and meticulously landscaped flowers, trees and shrubs for endless scenic picnicking.
