So whether you want a four-course meal served in your apartment, an intimate holiday meal in the private dining room, or cake and ice cream on the patio, you can concentrate on your guests, and we’ll take care of the rest.

When you move to Maris Grove, you’ll never have to worry about repairing the leaky faucet or replacing the stove—all maintenance on your apartment is included as part of your convenient monthly service package. But did you know that at Maris Grove, you don’t even have to change a light bulb anymore if you don’t want to? Call our general services department, and for significantly less than what you would pay a handy man to come to your house, we’ll send someone right over, and hang your new print for you . . . paint your apartment . . . or rearrange your furniture to suit your tastes.

For a competitive rate, our professional and trustworthy staff will make your apartment sparkle. So whether you want those regular weekly cleanings, a good “once over” every month, or an annual spring cleaning, you pay for the  services when and if you choose to use them.

A full service pharmacy will be located right here on campus. So you can pick up your prescription on your way from lunch, or have it delivered to your door for no extra charge.

Maris Grove will have a state-of-the-art Fitness Center available on campus.

Membership is only $15 a month—less than half the price of other fitness clubs in the area, and includes three complimentary, oneon- one sessions with one of our fitness specialists to help you plan a fitness regime that’s right for you. Plus, our specialists are always available, free of charge, to answer your questions or show you how to use our state-of-the-art fitness equipment.

Your friends or relatives want to come for a visit, but where will they all stay? How about right here oncampus? Maris Grove offers comfortable guest rooms you can reserve for much less than the going rate of a nearby hotel. Plus, you’ll enjoy your privacy, but with the convenience of having your guests just an indoor walk away.

But perhaps the best part of living here is that you’ll no longer have to write eight to ten checks a month for your various bills. Instead, you’ll simply write two—one for your monthly service package and a second for your phone bill.

The monthly service package is a fixed price, based on the type of home you live in, and it makes staying on a fixed budget much easier. No guessing the cost of this winter’s heating bill or next year’s property taxes. Instead, your utilities and your property taxes are included, along with most all of your other monthly expenses. In fact, you won’t even have to pay for basic cable service—that’s also included.
