THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE

The centerpiece of every Erickson community is the multi-million-dollar clubhouse. It’s like having the best of everything under one roof.

Even though Maris Grove, Erickson’s newest crown jewel community, won’t officially open its doors until this fall, future residents are already looking forward to all the amenities and conveniences they’ll have access to in the Brinton Clubhouse.

The Brinton Clubhouse will prove to be one of the community’s favorite hotspots. Everything you need is here—right down the hall from your new home. Walk through the lobby and the first person you’ll see is the concierge, who will be happy to meet your requests and put you in contact with any staff member you want. It’s also the place to grab some coffee or tea, pick up a paper, and start your day. Later in the day you can swing by to get your mail.

Errands? Done

Just beyond the lobby you’ll find the pharmacy and convenience store. Need to pick up a prescription? Done. Have a list of errands to take care of, like, let’s say, toothpaste, aspirin, milk, bread, a greeting card, nail clippers, and a special gift for your grandchild? Done.

There also is a hair salon and barbershop around the corner. Why not look your best every day?

Of course, no errand is complete without a visit to the bank, which is . . . conveniently next to the lounge. Long lines? Never! Friendly tellers who know you? Absolutely.

“Knowing that we won’t have to jump in a car everytime we need something will be great,” says Jeanne, who’smoving to Maris Grove with her husband Sol.

That includes visiting the doctor, who is right down the hall. In most cases, you can see a physician the same day you call.

For breakfast, lunch, or dinner just head upstairs for your choice of restaurants. The Coebourn Café and lounge is a delightful casual restaurant offering delicious breakfasts like fresh fruit, omelets, bacon, croissants, and cerea. The café also features spectacular lunches, including an assortment of made-to-order sandwiches, fish, salads, full entrees, desserts, and more.

It’s the perfect place to meet friends to plan the day’s events or meet following an invigorating swim or walk. For dinner you can’t beat the warm, inviting atmosphere of The Millstone restaurant. Each night the menu changes with a variety of entrees prepared by our executive chef. Your own personal server makes it a special event every night.

And with plenty of seating you can enjoy an intimate dinner for two or invite four or more friends and neighbors. You decide.

“I like the idea of going out to dinner every night (on campus),” says Carla, a future resident. “No need to worry about driving or traffic.”

Staying Happy and Fit

The Brinton Clubhouse offers numerous ways to stay active physically and mental ly. You can swim year-round in the all-season pool or get in shape at the Fitness Center where you can get help from a personal trainer.

If walking is your thing, you can take advantage of climate-controlled walkways that can take you anywhere you want to go on campus without stepping outside. Leave your jacket at home!

There’s also a music room, creative arts studio, computer room, plus billiards, card tables, more lounges, and a putting green outside.

“I always wanted to learn more about computers,” says Jeanne. “That’s one thing I’m definitely going to do.”
