THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE
Are you ready for some football?
Superbowl Sunday is a great chance to entertain, watch ultra-expensive commercials, and, oh yeah, maybe enjoy a little football.
If you want to serve something a little flashier than just chips and salsa but don’t want to spend all day cooking, try this simple recipe for pimento cheese from Travis Wick, chef de cuisine at Highland Springs.
“Don’t be ordinary—be extraordinary! This cheese dish can be used in sandwiches or salads and is sure to spice up any Superbowl party,” Wick says. “Plus, it only takes minutes to make.”
Highland Springs Chef de Cuisine Travis Wick graduated with honors from Johnson & Wales University in Miami. He has lived in Japan, Spain, Italy, and Greece, and collects pre-1900 cookbooks.
