Dallas, Tex.— Highland Springs enjoys an ongoing visible presence in the surrounding community. Recently, Staff Development Manager Angela Landry and Chef de Cuisine Travis Wick visited Richardson High School to talk with students enrolled in the culinary program at the school. Wick assisted students in the preparation of baklava, a Greek pastry.
