Springdale Vista will be ready this summer
With almost all (90 percent at press time) of the apartment homes in the first building sold, construction began in October on Springdale Vista, a new residence building with 24 floor plans, including four new floor plans not previously offered.
Priority List members, who have first choice of floor plans and locations, began making their selections in October, but we still have an inventory of one and two bedroom styles available.
Two plans that are available as of press time include:
• The Fairmont. This extralarge, two-bedroom home features a large living area with room for formal dining. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, and the second bedroom could function as a home office or den. The design also features a formal foyer with coat and linen closets.
• The Fenton. A two bedroom, one and a half bath floor plan, The Fenton has a large master suite with roomy bath, walk-in closet, and large window. The extra room is excellent for guest quarters, home office, or den with large-screen TV. The kitchen features extra cabinets and ample counter space.
To be certain that you are able to choose the floor plan that suits you best, it is wise to get on the Priority List now.
You should know that an average of 33 people join our Priority List each month for the opportunity to be offered the apartment home of their choosing. That means that every day you wait, another person is joining the list, in front of you.
Some floor plans already have an approximate wait time of one to two years, so the earlier you join the Priority List, the earlier you’ll be offered the opportunity to choose your floor plan.
Choose Crestview Terrace and save
Right now, we have a limited number of apartment homes available in Crestview Terrace, our first building here at Highland Springs.
Because the price of construction and transportation has risen, all these apartment homes are at thousands less than those in the new building.
The choices are limited, and with the increasing number of people who are visiting and choosing Highland Springs, these floor plans might not be available when you visit.
