Highland Springs Begins Second Residence Building to Satisfy Growing Demand for Apartment Homes

By Sunny McKinnon
THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE

Success begets success. As people move into their new homes, and the Hillcrest Clubhouse fills with activity, energy, and spirit, Highland Springs announces the start of construction of Springdale Vista, the community’s second residence building.

Early Birds Get to Choose the View
Located on a prominent hilltop on the 89-acre campus, Springdale Vista will connect to the Hillcrest Clubhouse via the community’s unique network of weatherproof walkways, which allow for quick and comfortable passage to all the amenities without worry about the weather.

The 167 apartment homes in Springdale Vista are adjacent to the Willow Pond, and many feature stunning views of this sparkling feature of the landscape, its waterside gazebo, and the walking paths that meander throughout the property.

Some locations will overlook a stately grove of pecan trees, while others will offer views of the expansive wildflower meadow. In any direction, nature is close at hand.

New Plans for the New Building
The 24 different floor plans available in Springdale Vista have something for everyone. In addition to many of the most popular designs from our first building, Crestview Terrace, four new floor plans not previously offered are also in the blueprint.

“There are many options when it comes to floor plans. One and two bedrooms, corner locations, balconies, patios. Homes with or without a den—the options abound,” says Tricia Mackin, director of sales and marketing at Highland Springs.

“Erickson has built in most every convenience, and with all the different configurations and sizes, residents can always find an apartment home to fit their needs and budget.

“That said, everyone needs to know that some of the most popular go quickly, and individuals who are on the Priority List the earliest get first choice,” says Mackin. “In fact, there is already a two- to three-year waiting list for some of our models. So, even though Springdale Vista won’t open until next summer, getting on the Priority List now gives you the best choices.”

The Right Stuff
The building itself is a short walk from the Hillcrest Clubhouse with its two restaurants, convenience store, Fitness Center, swimming pool, bank, health center, classrooms, and more amenities.

The corridors of the buildings are well lit and fully carpeted, and all floors are conveniently connected by both elevators and stairways.

Amenities Deadline Fast Approaching
With appointment activity at an all-time high, and the holidays coming up, there’s not a minute to waste getting on the Priority List. Once your place is secure, you can reserve your apartment home in Springdale Vista, and still have time to select the amenities that give your home that personal touch.

With any number of options available, the on-site design staff will assist you in selecting the appliances, cabinets, countertops, and floor coverings that express your unique sense of style.

Call now—the numbers are 972-231-9933 or toll free 1-800-833-7610. Schedule a time to tour the community —from the front guard-gated entrance to the gazebo to the greenhouse—and explore our furnished models.

It’s all here at Highland Springs, Dallas’ newest retirement community. You should be, too.
