With Demand for Appointments Exceeding Availability, Highland Springs Extends Opportunity to Save

THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE
September has been the busiest month for all of us here at Highland Springs. With the excitement generated by the opening of the community, Highland Springs is bustling with activity.
Our first residents are in their homes, and more are moving in as fast as we can schedule them. The Hillcrest Clubhouse is simply beautiful, and it’s wonderful to see it come alive with laughter and the daily goings-on of new members of our community.
With pre-opening pricing ending September 30, we expected a busy month. What we didn’t anticipate was the rush of people who called to schedule appointments at the last minute.
So, with our days filled with move-ins and reservation appointments, and more people each day calling to join our Priority List, my calendar is booked three weeks in advance. We simply couldn’t schedule everyone. Consequently, we felt it only fair to extend our September pricing deadline for 30 more days so that those who we could not schedule could still lock in the home of their choice at savings.
New Deadline Is October 31
Here’s a treat: Tuesday, October 31 — Halloween — is the new deadline for our price increase.
Any apartment reservation placed between now and October 31 will be honored at Highland Springs’s original prices.
Individuals who join the Priority List and reserve an apartment home now can realize significant savings, up to $12,000 on some floor plans.
Those who wait until next month will unfortunately have to pay thousands more for the same apartment home.
Choice Floor Plans Still Available
Even though well over 100 moves have been scheduled, there is still a nice selection of apartment homes available. Whether you need one bedroom or two, want a special feature such as a flex room, balcony, or sunroom, we will make every effort to find you just what you’re looking for.
