Final Days to Save Thousands: Prices Scheduled to Go Up on September 30, 2006

Despite pressure from the 2005 hurricanes that raised material costs and the spike in building activity that made labor scarce, Highland Springs has been able to avoid raising prices. However, to ensure economic viability and our level of quality and services, we can no longer prolong the inevitable. In just a few weeks, on Saturday, September 30, 2006, the price of new apartment homes at Highland Springs must increase to keep pace with rising costs.
Save Up To $11,000 Now!
The good news is, that although the price hike is near at hand, there’s still time to save. We will honor our orginal pricing on any apartment reserved before September 30.
People who join the Priority List and reserve an apartment home before the deadline will pocket significant savings — up to $11,000 depending on the floor plan that is selected.
Don’t wait until October and pay thousands more for the same apartment home!
An Excellent Selection
The good news is that there is still a pretty good selection of one- and twobedroom apartment homes available.
However, selection is limited, and generally there are only one or two of each floor plan, so hurry!
As of press time, several premium locations are still available, including some excellent courtyard views.
Additionally, we still have one extra-large two-bedroom, two-bath Kingston on the ground floor with a patio, and one deluxe twobedroom, two-bath Manchester with an airy enclosed balcony.
Though scarce, right now we also have two of our popular corner designs — a Jenkins and a Jackson — that can still be reserved. With windows facing two directions, these extra-large two-bedroom plans are highly- prized for their panoramic views. But these spacious, impressive homes won’t last long at the original price.
