They are the lucky ones. They’ve already reserved their new apartment homes at Highland Springs.

They’ve picked out their tile, appliance colors, and cabinets. They have their houses on the market, ready to cash in on the hot spring and summer selling season.

Now it’s time to make the big move.

At first the task may seem overwhelming, but don’t worry. Erickson has helped thousands of people just like you move quickly and easily into a more rewarding lifestyle.

Over the years, Erickson has developed processes that address problems before they arise, and make moving less stressful and a lot more fun.

It all starts with Gail Wrzesinski, move-in coordinator for Highland Springs, and an exclusive invitation to a special Move-In Seminar designed to provide the services and support that make moving delightfully simple.

Professional Experience

Wrzensinski will bring a variety of pre-screened, certified professionals with experience in every phase of moving to a comprehensive Move-In Seminar. Everyone who has reserved a new apartment home is invited to attend, making it easier to collect information, interview companies, and get direct answers to specific questions, one-on-one.

For the Highland Springs’ Move-In Seminar, Gail has selected companies that can offer advice and services that address a comprehensive range of issues, including storage, packing, and unpacking. But that’s just the beginning. Four different moving companies will be there to explain their services and answer questions.

And perhaps most importantly, a downsizing expert will be on hand to offer advice on how to decide which possessions to move, which to pass on to family members or friends, which to donate to charity, and which to simply throw out.

Careful planning is key to a successful move. That’s why Gail will inform the people who have chosen the carefree lifestyle at Highland Springs of their moving date about four months in advance.

When moving day rolls around, Gail will be on hand to coordinate everything.

“It’s always easier with someone to take on some of the tasks of moving,” says Gail. “Every step of the way, I will be there. We have very distinct procedures that take the guesswork out of the equation. You know in advance. You plan. I help. Together we’ll make your move as easy as possible.”

The Adventure Begins Friday, April 28

The Highland Springs Move-In Seminar is set for Friday, April 28, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. If you have already reserved your apartment home, mark your calendar, and watch for your invitation for location details – with more than 75 percent of the available homes reserved, the Welcome Center just isn’t big enough for everyone!
