March Deadlines Loom for Selection of Apartment Specifics

“This is when the excitement begins, and all of us can feel the promise of Highland Springs. Individuals who have reserved their apartments are coming in and starting to choose interior finishes for their homes,” says Tricia Mackin, marketing director for Highland Springs, Erickson’s first community in Dallas.

Gail Wrzesinski, our move-in coordinator, has been making appointments and meeting with individuals for several weeks, and every day we move a little closer to our fall move-in,” she continues. “Now that move-in is becoming more and more real, people are realizing that they were smart to get on the Priority List List early and reserve a home.”

The Numbers Add Up

As construction on the Hillcrest Clubhouse and Crestview Terrace residence building progresses, the number of people who are joining the Priority List has increased. More than 80 percent of the 167 available apartment homes have already been reserved by Priority List members.

Every day, Priority List members are finding, and reserving, the apartment floor plan that beautifully accommodates their living preferences.

Likewise, people who have only recently discovered the many advantages of Highland Springs are taking that first step by joining the Priority List, so they too can have the opportunity to begin this exciting process.

Corner Locations Available

Some floor plans in Crestview Terrace are completely sold out. However, with nearly 30 different models in the original plans, those who join the Priority List now will still find an impressive variety of different one- and two-bedroom floor plans—including prime corner locations—from which to choose.

Lauren Campanella, sales associate, says it’s a twoway street. “It’s definitely an advantage to join the Priority List now, so you can move to the next step,” she says. “But even with our high activity level, there are so many different designs at Highland Springs, that good choices of apartment home floor plans are still available in just about every size and budget range.”

Mark the Dates

Crestview Terrace is scheduled to be open and welcome people home in the fall. But those who have reserved apartment homes on the terrace and first floor levels have already completed their selections.

Priority List members who have chosen homes on the second, third, and fourth levels will be working with Move-In Coordinator Gail Wrzesinski to finalize their choices by the Friday, March 17, deadline.

So if choosing cabinets, floor coverings, paint colors, appliances, and other interior details is important to you, the time to join the Priority List is now.

To see the wide range of designs still available for fall 2006 move-in, call 972-231-9933 or toll-free 1-800-833-7610 today to schedule a visit with Lauren Campanella or Christina Christie. The deadlines are fast approaching.
