Newsbrief: Residents host mayoral candidates for “meet and greet”

Posted on Tuesday, February 27, 2007

DEARBORN, MI – The men and women who live at Henry Ford Village invited the candidates running in the race for mayor of Dearborn to an informal “meet and greet” last week. All candidates received a personal invitation to attend the gathering in the Village’s Edison Room last Friday. Candidates met one-on-one with attendees and provided pertinent campaign literature. Henry Ford Village has its own, on-site voting precinct for all city, state, and national elections. The members of the community are able to cast their vote right on the campus. (Kathie Shaffer)
