100-plus people a month joining the Ashby Ponds Priority List
It was a pretty sure bet that Erickson’s second Northern Virginia community— Ashby Ponds—would be a success. According to Erickson Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales Dan Rexford, “The need for a second Virginia campus was clear. There are simply more people who want to join the Greenspring residents than the campus can accommodate.
