Last month, Ashby Ponds opened its doors to its first residents. To meet increasing demand, it will open two new residence buildings, Quail Run and Blue Bird Court, ahead of schedule.
“We take our commitment to everyone desiring the Ashby Ponds lifestyle very seriously,” says Retirement Counselor Dana Bradshaw. “As a result, we have pushed forward our construction schedule to hasten the release of more apartment homes. This really is an exciting time for Ashby Ponds.” The buildings will open in spring.
In the last six months, 2,951 people have requested Ashby Ponds information kits. That’s ten times more people than could fill the available apartment homes.
Personal appointments haven’t shown any signs of slowing down either. “In the last six months, 527 people have visited Ashby Ponds to meet with me and discuss their options,” says Bradshaw. “I’m happy to tell them that we will be opening these two new buildings, but at the same time, I let them know that they won’t last long.”
