While many parcels of land in Michigan remain vacant and undeveloped, construction and progress are moving forward once again in a popular Novi retirement community.
Due to overwhelming demand, a new residence building—Hudson Park— is on its way to being the latest addition to Fox Run's already bustling and vibrant campus.
“We will have seven new floor plans to choose from,” says Fox Run’s sales director, Fred Moschetta. More two bedroom homes have been added as well, also answering demand.
Satisfying demand
A total of just over 80 apartment homes are being built; however, many people on Fox Run’s Priority List have already reserved their favorites. The Priority List consists of people who plan on moving to Fox Run. Once a person joins, he or she is contacted periodically when an apartment home of interest becomes available.
“There are only about 30 homes left in the new building,” Moschetta says.
He also notes construction had come to a halt for the past two years, but now the need is so great they had to add another building.
New advantages
“It’s exciting to see the new building,” Moschetta says.
Those who reserve a home at Hudson Park will have views of a nearby pond and wooded area, as well as larger floor plans and the convenience of underground parking.
The new building is only steps away from Fox Run’s latest addition, the Belmont Clubhouse, which boasts a performing arts center, a spa, a pub, and many more amenities.
Several people on the Priority List are taking advantage of their “VIP” status by reserving the apartment home of their choice at Hudson Park.
“Now is the perfect time to reserve your spot,” Moschetta says.
Because so many people are waiting for two bedroom apartments with one and a half or two baths, retirement counselors at Fox Run fully expect these homes to go quickly.
