Now an appointment with Retirement Counselor Carolyn Ives is much more than a one-on-one information session.
Sure, you’ll find out everything you ever wanted to know about Fox Run: the amenity-rich surroundings, the spacious, maintenance-free apartment homes, the new Fountain Pointe residence building, and the unmatched wellness environment created by Erickson HealthSM.
But, now, you’ll also have the opportunity to experience the beauty of Fox Run’s natural surroundings firsthand, up close and personal.
All thanks to our latest addition, the sparkling red Fox Run American Team golf cart.
Taking the Natural Route Through the Campus
Here’s what happens after you wind up your conversation with Carolyn.
You get on board the golf cart. (Not just an ordinary golf cart, mind you, but a genuine Ryder Cup vehicle used by the U.S. team at the 2004 Ryder Cup, held just a short drive away from the campus on a world-class golf course. After the smoke cleared, the European team shellacked the Americans, but it was still a great event for our corner of Michigan.)
Carolyn gets in driver’s seat and off you go.
See for yourself how the home of so many of your friends and neighbors is nestled among 108 acres of breathtaking woodlands, wetlands, and rolling hills, including a 30-acre nature preserve.
Cruise beneath the stately canopies of maples, beech, and tulip trees.
Keep your eyes open for a peek at the array of wildlife species that share the campus with its human residents . . . including turtles, deer, fox, pheasants, and even the occasional hawk. Carolyn can tell you more about where to live on campus so you can look out your picture window and see these lovely woods.
Stop at the tranquil pond and ask Carolyn about the many apartments that include this campus showcase in their view. While you’re there, say ‘hello!’ to the graceful white and black swans gliding over the water’s surface.
