Question: What has 52,000 square feet, a restaurant featuring an exhibition dining experience, a library with a coffee bar and internet access, a pub complete with spirits and food, a day spa and hair salon, new television studio, and a 250 seat Performing Arts Center fully equipped with a professional sound and lighting system?

Answer: The brand new, sleek and stylish two-story Belmont Clubhouse at Fox Run, which will open.

Director of Sales and Marketing, Fred Moschetta, gave an informational presentation about the new clubhouse to over 250 Priority List members recently.

“We don’t want to add a duplicate of the Ascot Clubhouse,” says Fred. “We want it to be different and exciting – we’re adding new amenities.”

According to Fred, “This building doubles the value of Fox Run. How? You have twice as many restaurants, a Performing Arts Center, a library, day spa, TV studio, and other great conveniences just down the hall from your front door.”

Much for you
The new Belmont Clubhouse will include many exciting extras, such as these:

• Signatures restaurant, which will feature ‘exhibition- style’ dining, and five delicious entrees to choose from nightly

• The Jockey Pub, a full bar with beer on tap, will offer a variety of food including pizza, burgers, and snacks

A spacious dance floor

An open air library with freshly brewed coffee and internet access on site, a la Barnes & Noble

A 250 seat Performing Arts Center, equipped with a professional sound and lighting system

A spacious catering room available for any special occasion

A day spa and salon offering massages, manicures, pedicures, and full service hair salon and barber shop services

A fully equipped television studio

Location, location, location
Because of its close proximity to the new Belmont Clubhouse, the limited number of homes available in Wood Bridge at Fox Run are prime spots everybody wants.

“If you live in Wood Bridge, it will be like having your own clubhouse,” says Fred. “We still have a limited number of homes available in Wood Bridge, but they’re going fast.”

“Once the Belmont Clubhouse is completed next summer, that will be it,” says Fred. “There will be no more building additions.”

Fox Run’s Executive Director, Michael McCormick, says: “Fox Run is eagerly awaiting the new Belmont Clubhouse in 2007. The Belmont will provide a brand new destination that will delight our existing and new community members.”

The Belmont buzz
“We’re all looking forward to it,” says Phyllis Praski, who moved to Fox Run from Warren. “I can hardly wait to see the Performing Arts Center. We’re outgrowing the clubhouse we have now.” Phyllis plans to get involved with the Belmont’s new in-house television studio. “I’ll be interested in working behind the cameras,” says Phyllis.

People on the Priority List were lucky enough to be able to get a ‘sneak peek’ at the new Belmont, including Priscilla and Carl Demek of Livonia. “The day spa very much interested me,” says Priscilla. “It will be great to have another clubhouse. It sounds wonderful to me.”

Priority Members Alan and Sharon Buckmaster, who live in Saddlebrooke, Arizona, were also impressed with the presentation. “I like the fact that they will provide transportation service to the shows and shopping,” says Sharon.

“The fact that they are adding a theater at the clubhouse is very nice,” says Alan. “I think people will really appreciate the theater seating.”

Let your fun time begin
“We have some really active dance clubs on campus who are anxiously awaiting the Belmont’s arrival,” says Michael McCormick. “In addition, the gathering room will have its own kitchen to support events like anniversaries, birthday parties, and other special occasions.”

Michael continues: “The Performing Arts Center is right down the hall from the catering room, so after our Center for Continuous Learning lecture series, participants will be able to enjoy a lunch and discuss the speaker of the day. The Performing Arts Center will also host special musical performances, plays, movies, and a plethora of other entertainment. This will certainly become a popular gathering spot in the community.”

Don’t miss out on all the fun at the Belmont Clubhouse and Fox Run. “The best gift you can give yourself is a new home, here at Fox Run,” says Fred.
