Fox Run’s relocation assistance program, Moving Home, uses proven strategies to sell your house, and makes your move to Fox Run as easy as can be. It is the only program of its kind in Michigan, and has made the moves of dozens of people hassle-free.
Moving Home has helped people moving to Fox Run sell their houses in an average of 64 days, compared to the Detroit area average of 150 days.
Walter Kantzler
who moved from Livonia says, “I decided to move to Fox Run late last year. Moving Home put me with an independent real estate agent who located a buyer for my house, at my price, in less than three weeks.”
But selling your house is only the first of many things you must consider. You probably have a number of questions, so here are three of them many people have asked me about Moving Home:
Q. How does Moving Home sell houses so quickly in this slow market?
A:
There are two answers to this question.
One, from experience, we understand what buyers are looking for. We work closely with you to improve your house’s appeal, from minor paint touch-ups, to something as simple as having a pie baking in the oven when prospective buyers visit.
Two, we work with professionals who have a history of success in selling older houses. We understand what it takes to sell houses quickly, and at the right price.
Q. I am very particular about how my place looks. How do I know that my home at Fox Run will have all the features that I want?
A:
Before you move to Fox Run, you meet with folks in our Custom Services department, and you discuss things like crown molding, custom tile, upgraded carpeting, and kitchen appliances. In most cases, all of the changes you want made are completed by the time you move in.
Q. There is a lot involved in selling a house and moving. How will I know if I am overlooking something important?
