Reserve at Fox Run Before October 1st

ERICKSON TRIBUNE
The July edition of The Erickson Tribune announced that the cost of apartment homes at Fox Run was increasing by as much as $7,000 on September 1st
That announcement caused a flurry of activity. If you called Retirement Counselor Carolyn Ives for an appointment, you probably had difficulty getting through.
Due to the overwhelming response, Fox Run was not able to schedule everyone who called for an appointment before the September 1st deadline.
So the deadline has been extended until October 1st.
“I have not seen this much interest in our apartment homes since Fox Run opened three years ago. We have never been busier, and are running out of certain designs, because homes are being reserved in record numbers.
People want to save money before the prices increase, and want to see the beautiful designs in our last residence building,” says Carolyn.
According to Carolyn, three of those styles are in particularly high demand: the Brighton, Fairmont, and Flagstaff.
Three Ways to Save Money Now
“The Brighton boasts a large living area ideal for relaxation and conversation, with plenty of space for a dining table to entertain friends and family,” Carolyn says. “And the generously proportioned bedroom features a large walk-in closet with ample room for your clothing and accessories. The Brighton is Fox Run’s best-selling design.
“You will save thousands of dollars if you reserve a Brighton before October 1st. But you must hurry because there are just four Brightons left.
“The Fairmont, our extra-large, two-bedroom, one-bath design is one of our most flexible models. The second bedroom is always ready for friends or family to sleep over, or to use as your own personal retreat after a long, fulfilling day,” says Carolyn.
