“The food is superior here. Everyone I know that lives in an Erickson community raves about the food, says Mary Kay Ulrich, who lives at Fox Run. It All Boils Down to Service Excellence
While the food at Fox Run is inarguably delicious, the wait staff makes the dining experience even more appealing.
Fox Run is very selective about the staff they hire. In fact, the wait staff goes through a comprehensive training period where they learn the basics of the job and their responsibilities like taking orders, explaining specials, carrying a tray, etc.
Perhaps the first thing you’ll notice about the wait staff when you set foot in one Fox Run’s restaurants is it’s largely comprised of high school students. Ever since Erickson Communities first began, it has been the company’s policy to hire young people as a way to promote intergenerational interaction.
“The food is excellent—top notch—and the service is great. Having the young high school students serving here is a great opportunity for them,” says Fox Run’s Joslen Letscher.
