THE ERICKSON TRIBUNE
On Monday, April 9, Eagle’s Trace is rolling out the welcome mat as the first new residents of Plum Tree Terrace move in and begin to discover the advantages of the Erickson way of life.
Newcomers at Plum Tree Terrace, the last building in the Audubon neighborhood in Erickson’s West Houston community, will enjoy easy access to the incomparable amenities of the clubhouse.
Steps in the right direction
Nestled right next to the heart of the community, Plum Tree Terrace connects to the Clubhouse via the fully carpeted, weatherproof walkways on the south side.
“On the first floor, our new residents have direct access to the new library and the medical center,” says Tami Jensen, retirement counselor. “And, on the second floor, it’s a quick walk to the woodshop, creative arts studio and both of the restaurants — the full-service Garden Room and the casual Eagle’s Roost Cafe.”
In addition to the convenient location, Plum Tree Terrace offers a resort-like view overlooking the aquatics center and courtyard. Along with the heated, enclosed pool and spa, the courtyard has a putting green, outdoor seating areas, and walking paths that lead to the shores of Lake Aquila.
Four new options
Plum Tree Terrace introduces four new floor plans including, for the first time ever, a spacious new studio at the lowest price ever offered in the community. Two new one-bedroom floor plans and a spacious, new two-bedroom, two-bath design are also available in the new building.
Although move in will begin early next month, there are still some floor plans available, including apartment homes with balconies and patios.
Let the grass grow, you don’t have to mow
Spring is one of the prettiest seasons in Houston, and the first residents of Plum Tree Terrace will soon be joining the hundreds of other Eagle’s Trace residents who are enjoying this easygoing lifestyle.
