Flurry of shoppers seeking savings overwhelms appointment availability, prompting extension of price increase deadline

If you had an opportunity to save up to $14,000 would you take it? EagleTrace is extending your window of opportunity to do just that.

Overwhelming demand forces extension
In an effort to be fair to the many people we were unable to schedule during the busy holiday season, the 2007 price increase originally slated to take effect January 1 has been postponed until Thursday, February 1. The number of people interested in securing lower prices before year-end was greater than our available appointment times.

But beginning in February, the price of every apartment home at Eagle’s Trace will be higher. So by making an appointment to reserve now, you can still save yourself thousands of dollars on a good selection of floor plans.

Unavoidable increases
Though Erickson’s national buying power gives us distinct advantages, we are not totally immune to rising costs. Every effort has been made to keep our 100% Refundable Entrance Deposits as low as possible, but some adjustment was necessary to ensure economic viability for the future.

The cost of most every building material has risen considerably in the last few years. Just as an example, a recent article in Master Builder magazine reports that steel prices have already soared more than 50 percent. The prices of asphalt, lumber, insulation materials, and concrete are up as well, and plastics have almost doubled.

Final extension of savings
Right now, Eagle’s Trace has apartment homes available in a variety of sizes and floor plans.

Plum Tree Terrace, our newest residence building that’s scheduled to open this spring, is very popular, and while reservations are strong, individuals who act quickly can enjoy a nice selection of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, including four new floor plans.

Redbud Crossing, the last residence building completed before the latest cost increases, has apartment homes ready for move-in. If you act now you can not only reap the benefit of the 2006 prices, but also move in quickly.

Make it a priority to join the list
The savings opportunities at Eagle’s Trace slip away with every day you delay. Eagle’s Trace’s exclusive Priority List members have already been notified of this savings extension, and are taking action. I urge you to give me a call as soon as you can.

Since we opened in October of 2005, more than 300 people have come home to Eagle’s Trace. New members join the Priority List every day – putting them one step closer to joining existing residents in this maintenance-free lifestyle.

Priority List members have first access to the selection of available homes and first right of refusal. And, because the Priority List is kept in chronological order, individuals who have already joined are also one step ahead of you on the list.

But it’s not too late. Call today for your free Information Kit. The number is 281-496-7676 or 1-800-210-4347.

After you’ve read about Eagle’s Trace, call and schedule an appointment. We can talk and discuss every detail of the community. We’ll take a tour of the clubhouse, and our beautifully furnished models.

Just remember that time is of the essence.

Don’t let the person above you on the Priority List get the floor plan you’ve been waiting for. And don’t pay up to $14,000 more in February for the apartment home you know you want now.
