Flurry of shoppers seeking savings overwhelms appointment availability, prompting extension of price increase deadline

If you had an opportunity to save up to $14,000 would you take it? EagleTrace is extending your window of opportunity to do just that.
Overwhelming demand forces extension
In an effort to be fair to the many people we were unable to schedule during the busy holiday season, the 2007 price increase originally slated to take effect January 1 has been postponed until Thursday, February 1. The number of people interested in securing lower prices before year-end was greater than our available appointment times.
But beginning in February, the price of every apartment home at Eagle’s Trace will be higher. So by making an appointment to reserve now, you can still save yourself thousands of dollars on a good selection of floor plans.
Unavoidable increases
Though Erickson’s national buying power gives us distinct advantages, we are not totally immune to rising costs. Every effort has been made to keep our 100% Refundable Entrance Deposits as low as possible, but some adjustment was necessary to ensure economic viability for the future.
The cost of most every building material has risen considerably in the last few years. Just as an example, a recent article in Master Builder magazine reports that steel prices have already soared more than 50 percent. The prices of asphalt, lumber, insulation materials, and concrete are up as well, and plastics have almost doubled.
Final extension of savings
Right now, Eagle’s Trace has apartment homes available in a variety of sizes and floor plans.
Plum Tree Terrace, our newest residence building that’s scheduled to open this spring, is very popular, and while reservations are strong, individuals who act quickly can enjoy a nice selection of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, including four new floor plans.
