Before you toss the tinsel on the tree, before you bake one sugar cookie or fry up one latke, stop. Time is running out.

This is your last chance to get 2006 prices on an apartment home at Eagle’s Trace. Because come January 1, with recent rising construction and transportation costs, there’s going to be an increase in prices.

Give yourself a gift
You’ve waited long enough. Now is the time to focus on the exceptional lifestyle and incredible value we offer here.

Now is the time to give yourself the convenience and freedom of living in our fullservice, maintenance-free community.

Now is the time lock in 2006 pricing. Remember, that you don’t have to move into Eagle’s Trace now. As long as you reserve your new apartment home by December 31, you can move in after the first of the year and still save thousands of dollars.

Find the perfect fit
Right now, you can select from a number of different options for moving in to Eagle’s Trace, such as:

Plum Tree Terrace: now under construction, our newest building is directly connected by weatherproof walkways to the Audubon Clubhouse, offering residents a convenient location and a resort-like view overlooking the Aquatics Center courtyard. There are four new floor plans including a spacious new studio option at the lowest price ever offered in the community.

Redbud Crossing: completed before the latest cost increases, there are a limited number of one and two bedroom floor plans available.

• Original Buildings: in both of our first buildings, some original apartments are now available, including hard-to-get, first-to-go plans. All are in like-new condition and cost thousands less than the newer buildings.

The tax man cometh
An article in the October issue of Moneymagazine (“The Hottest Part of the Housing Market: Taxes”) warns us that property taxes are heading even higher. But not in an Erickson community.

“I wondered about the value of living at Eagle’s Trace, but since we’ve been here, I’m finding that it really is less than we paid when we were maintaining a home,” says Pat Welbourn, who with her husband Ed, was among the first to move to Eagle’s Trace. “I think the happiest day of my life was the day I did not have to write my property tax checks.”

Isn’t it time that you kissed the tax man goodbye? It starts with a call to 281-496-7676 or 1-800-210-4347.

Review the Information Kit. Then schedule an appointment. You’ll be one step closer to this happy-go-lucky lifestyle.
