Procrastination, says an old proverb, is the thief of time. At Eagle’s Trace, it may also steal your opportunity to enjoy the widest selection of new apartment homes in Redbud Crossing.

“We are busy, busy, busy. Friends are telling friends who are telling friends. Everyone is excited, and coming in to find out more,” says Retirement Counselor Susan Hebert. “It’s like someone is out there waving a flag, saying hurry, hurry. I have appointments booked two weeks in advance.”

Redbud Crossing On Schedule for Fall Move-In

Of the 124 apartment homes currently under construction at Redbud Crossing, more than half have been spoken for since reservations began in early spring.

Hebert attributes the success to a number of factors:

  • Diversity of floor plans, including six new choices
  • Landscaped views
  • Unique financial advantages of living in an Erickson community
  • Convenient access to the Audubon Clubhouse and Lake Aquila
  • Stress-free, no-maintenance lifestyle
  • An unparalleled variety of amenities and services

Priority Selection

“The popularity of Redbud Crossing has sparked many of the people I meet with to take that first step by joining the Priority List,” continues Hebert. “Once on the Priority List, they move quickly to lock in the best price on the apartment home of their choice, and start planning for their move in the fall.”

Despite all the activity, a variety of both one- and twobedroom apartment homes are still available, including highly-prized corner and patio locations.

Only a dozen or so new homes are still available in the first buildings to open at Eagle’s Trace —Piney Woods  Court and Pecan Grove. But Hebert stresses that these are not only ready for immediate move in, they include some very desirable one- and two-bedroom floor plans, and some even have ground floor locations and patios.*

Because of recent increases in material and energy costs, the original apartment homes in Piney Woods and Pecan Grove, all of which are brand new, are available at lower prices than the apartment homes now under construction in Redbud Crossing.
