Eagle’s Trace Priority List Members Are Making Reservations To Move Into New Lakeside Apartment Homes This Fall

They say timing is everything. And in my opinion, as far as the announcement of 134 new lakeside apartment homes at Eagle’s Trace is concerned, everything is just perfect!
Because so many people have moved into our Piney Woods Court and Pecan Grove neighborhoods so much faster than we anticipated, the construction of Redbud Crossing, our new building on Lake Aquila, will be a welcome addition when it opens in the fall.

What’s the List All About?
The Priority List is a system that Erickson has developed to assure that individuals who act quickly are rewarded with the best possible selection. As a member of the Priority List, you’ll be given the option to select your home in the order in which you secured your position on the list. The earlier your date, the wider your range of choices.
But there’s no pressure, and no need to worry if you’re not at the very top of the list, because in 20-plus years of designing communities such as Eagle’s Trace, Erickson has learned that everyone is different, and so are their priorities when it comes to choosing a home. These past weeks have definitely been an exciting time, as I have helped even more people turn their dreams of a maintenance- and stress-free retirement into reality.
Likewise, realizing that only individuals on our Priority List can lock in a particular apartment, many other savvy people made appointments to meet with me, and decided to take the first step toward enjoying the unique Eagle’s Trace lifestyle, by joining the Priority List.
